You don't take a photograph, you make it. - Ansel Adams
I am a firm believer of the above statement which describes the evolution of a photographer in one line. From just clicking a shot / pressing the shutter without any motive, you start Visualizing / making images way before you click them.
I have been photographing nature since 2008, yet every encounter with the natural world still fills me with wonder and a profound sense of humility. Standing beneath great mountains, walking through pathless forests, or watching endless seas disappear into the horizon reminds me how small we are—and how extraordinary this planet truly is.
Photography has given me the privilege of travelling to and capturing some of the most beautiful places on Earth. Originally from Chennai, TN, India, I have called the United Kingdom my second home for nearly a decade and am currently based in London. I travel extensively, both close to home and farther afield, in search of wild landscapes, fleeting light, and intimate moments in nature.
Pathless woods, towering mountains, endless seas, and the untamed world of wildlife remain my greatest sources of inspiration.
The world within the viewfinder is endlessly mesmerizing to me. It is a place of freedom, curiosity, and imagination—a space where I can interpret nature through my own perspective rather than simply follow conventions or rulebooks.
Each photograph I create is an attempt to preserve not only what I saw, but also what I felt in that moment.Thank a lot for visiting my presence on the web! Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more about me, my photography, or my work.
